Today I'm going to post something a little different. Workouts!! Some people may not want to exercise because they feel like they are either already skinny or too heavy. Or even it's too boring for you. Well today I am going to give you tips on how to create a workout just for you.
Whats your ultimate goal? To loose weight? Gain muscle? Become healthier? All of these are great reasons to get fit. If you want to burn fat and become skinnier, then a cardio workout is perfect for you. Either running, walking, biking, swimming, or jump roping are good exercises for you. To tone your body or gain muscles, then you need to lift weights and do ab, leg, and arm routines. To just become an over all healthier person then cardio is your best option. To see the best results faster, make sure to drink lots of water and eat healthy. But don't get discouraged. It takes time to see improvements so never give up. Just think of your dream body and keep pushing through. Your mind wants to give up before your body does. So keep your mind determined!
