Today I'm going to post something a little different. Workouts!! Some people may not want to exercise because they feel like they are either already skinny or too heavy. Or even it's too boring for you. Well today I am going to give you tips on how to create a workout just for you.
Whats your ultimate goal? To loose weight? Gain muscle? Become healthier? All of these are great reasons to get fit. If you want to burn fat and become skinnier, then a cardio workout is perfect for you. Either running, walking, biking, swimming, or jump roping are good exercises for you. To tone your body or gain muscles, then you need to lift weights and do ab, leg, and arm routines. To just become an over all healthier person then cardio is your best option. To see the best results faster, make sure to drink lots of water and eat healthy. But don't get discouraged. It takes time to see improvements so never give up. Just think of your dream body and keep pushing through. Your mind wants to give up before your body does. So keep your mind determined!

Do what makes you happy

Life is too short to keep worrying what others will think. Don't waste time trying to be something your not. Don't worry about trying to fit in, look cool, or be someone who your clearly not. I guarantee people will appreciate you more if you stay true to yourself. Sometimes society sucks, but each and everyone of you are part of it. Don't like it? Then don't be it.

Birthday Parties

Every year I have trouble deciding what I should do for my birthday, so today I will give you guys some ideas. 
First decide a theme depending on age. And the time of year also is a weighing impact. For teenagers with winter birthdays (like me) it may be extremely difficult to have a birthday party outside of your house if you live in a cold climate. So maybe you can go see a movie or even have a movie night at your house.Ice skating is fun too! Or invite a couple friends and go to a hotel for a night. That way you can enjoy swimming.. just indoors! For summer birthday, there is a wider range of choices. You can have a pool party, go to a water or theme park, or an outdoor barbecue, just to name a few. For fall and spring birthdays camping and/or fire pits are always a hit.

Explore hobbies

Try something new soon!! Is there any sport that sounds interesting? Go out side and try it! Be open to a different genre of music, movie, or book. It may surprise you. Maybe you paint your nails often.. Try a color you have never used, or start doing designs on them.

Never too late to make a mends

Ever got in a fight with someone and thought that you would never ever ever become friends with them again? Well never say never. 

From first hand experience, I got in a fight with one of my neighbors a few years ago (at least). And we didn't talk until last weekend. For the longest time we didn't talk to each other (besides behind each others backs) and then just had nothing to do with each other after that phase. So last weekend was her birthday and I decided to be the bigger person and wish her a happy birthday. And guess what? We both apologized and moved forwards as friends. 
Just a simple act of kindness can really make someone's day, or something more, like a new chance at a friendship!

Or take a moment and just be thankful that your here on earth, with loving people around you. You can even reevaluate yourself when needed. It's never too late to improve your self. All this can do is help. So take a moment to think.... Is this how you want to live your life? Life is short. So live it to the fullest with no regrets.

Is the negative energy worth it?

Is the friendship even worth it? Being friends with some one for a long time, may make you feel committed. But you should never try too hard to work out a friend ship that is helpless. Both of you must know the borders & boundaries.
What to do when they cross the line?
Make sure you inform them of their wrong-doings first. If they deny and won't take responsibly or accountability for their actions.. You may need to consider distancing your self from them. It will seem hard at first, but the temporary sadness pays off in the long run when you don't have to deal with the negative energy anymore. Remember to surround yourself with people who praise you, not degrade you! Attached is a quote that really hits home to me and my post.
